Well, it seems that mailman configurations seem to be in the habit of using the server name. Unfortunately, it is written in a language I have no experience in, so I am not even gonna try and read the code...

But, I believe it is very simple. If I create a mailing list on any of my accounts, the correct base URL for you (I couldn't find the option to edit this anywhere) seems to be http://mail.kimbwei.com/mailmain/ on the Surpass servers.

If the current setting you listed is correct (and I saw a bunch of lists there, don't know which one is yours) I am assuming that the setup Surpass has makes the base URL different. You might wanna try this, and if that doesn't work, support can figure out the right setting and correct it for you.. It does make the list unusable and unaccessible if you put in the wrong base URL, but it does not delete the list, so you should be okay...
