But, I believe it is very simple.  If I create a mailing list on any of my accounts, the correct base URL for you (I couldn't find the option to edit this anywhere)

seems to be http://mail.kimbwei.com/mailmain/ on the Surpass servers.

You might wanna try this, and if that doesn't work, support can figure out the right setting and correct it for you..  It does make the list unusable and unaccessible if you put in the wrong base URL, but it does not delete the list, so you should be okay...
#1 > The base URL is edited from within the administration panel of the particular Mailman mailing list which has been created [just for your info: it's at the bottom of the General Controls options]

#2 > mail.kimbwei.com will 100% sure be incorrect. CPanel catgorizes these lists under the mail heading but that doesn't mean they have anything to do with the incoming or SMTP function of mail as relates to a domain.

The base URL must [apparently] contain the entire path name to the Mailman application including the particular server on which Mailman is loaded.

That's why I was wondering if I couldn't get my own nameserver and make the URL contain my "server" as part of the base URL.

#3 > I don't want to go here. Support hasn't fixed one of my problems yet. Woe is me.
