Yes, I'm fluent in Spanish and personally know my way around another couple of languages as well as English. My company handles language services in other global languages.
I've been developing the Latino outreach program for the NJ District Office of the US Small Business Administration and helping them build the technology curriculum for their seminars as well. I also give monthly workshops in traditional and ebusiness development [in Spanish and English].
