Host name this list prefers for email.
This is the only thing I see for editing or a URL, and it points directly to domain.com. Nothing else added to it

#2 > mail.kimbwei.com will 100% sure be incorrect. CPanel catgorizes these lists under the mail heading but that doesn't mean they have anything to do with the incoming or SMTP function of mail as relates to a domain.
I think you are overlooking something here. The reason the mailing list needs a base URL is to know where it is administered from. That is STRICTLY for the webpage administration of the list, and nothing else. If you try to go to mail.domain.com on port 80 (default for web browsing) it will not go to the SMTP server at all. Try creating a new test list and seeing what the settings are. They should be the same.

The base URL must [apparently] contain the entire path name to the Mailman application including the particular server on which Mailman is loaded.
Yes. mail.domain.com/mailman/ is the complete path to the application. Here again, the mail. subdomain is accessed through port 80, so it never goes to the SMTP server, instead, it is routed through Apache and tries to find the related file. For all practical intents and purposes, mail.domain.com = your.server.com

Yeah, seems since they changed to the new helpdesk, things have been taking a while longer than normal from what I am reading. Wish I could help there, but alas, I am a lowly little fella just here to offer suggestions...

Yes, I'm fluent in Spanish and personally know my way around another couple of languages as well as English. My company handles language services in other global languages.
Cool, I have website that will need to be translated into Spanish in the future. Maybe we can work something out somewhere...
