1. The transfer should include everything.
2. The oc10 plan includes 10 gigs of space and bandwidth for your free, main account. That is excluded from the space and bandwidth allocated to you to resell.
5. If you change the DNS now, well it will be down until your hosting is set up. But when it is set up, your site will be ready to go. If you're willing to wait another day or two after you receive your hosting, then you have that choice.
