As long as the content of your site is legal, there is no reason why you can't host it here, providing you are nice to the server.
I'm looking at what you have, and the audio files are what's a little iffy. Unless you have permission to redistribt the music (providing they are tracks that aren't universally available.. i.e. someone had to/should have bought them), it doesn't matter what format they are in... I noticed you specifically said you wouldn't have .mp3s. You generally still need permission to redistrubt music. But if you have it so that visitors cannot download the files, you're probably okay. I didn't try really hard to download a file myself though. Surpass does allow streaming audio.
From the looks of it, your site does look fine to be hosted at Surpass.
