Figured I might as well post here (again) before I send a ticket to support.
I noticed that a lot of people have been having bandwidth problems, as in the usage always says 0.00 megabytes. (I actually had to purchase a new plan due to hassles with the whole usage monitor not updating.)
Since it's the start of a new month, I figured that the system would somehow fix itself, since my November bandwidth has been stuck on 11 gigabytes (or something to that extent) ever since I got my domain back online (November 12). It now reads 0.00 megabytes... and hasn't updated. At all.
Also, on the server stats, the server load is at 6.88 (1 cpu), and Disk hdb1 (/backup) at 97%. Both are blinking red. I usually wouldn't be worried about this kind of thing, because it's mostly temporary, however, the stats have been like that for about two weeks straight. :blink:
And, one minor nitpick: why isn't the Pico server listed on the server status? The server must feel so unloved...
