Dunno if it would help any, but I could run some pings and traceroutes to the ISPs of the people having issues. My pings to my Surpass server are 49 ms, so perhaps it would help to know if there's a general issue going to the US or something specific to the Surpass route. I'm in Indiana, by the way.
