Is it possible to use Credit Card or Visa Card to pay for our hosting, instead of PayPal, or 2CheckOut?

It is because I don't have PayPal and netheir do my parents.
I'm under 18, therefore it's illegal for me to have PayPal.

So please tell me if it's possible.
