Hi there,

I stumbled upon the Surpass service quite be accident while looking for a webhost. From what I've read so far, it seems like a really good deal. I'm a bit daunted however by the amount of information posted on the site, and all of the options that are offered. Specifically, I'm wondering whether this means that users are expected to know about and use these options.

I'm looking to build a simple website. Of course, I'm hoping for a decent amount of traffic, but I have no current plans to install message boards or anything fancy. Moreover, I'm not an internet wizkid (though not a total beginner either). After reading the boards here for a while, I'm a bit worried about spam, inadvertent server overload etc.

So, I'd like to ask you: what kind of work are users expected to perform to keep their sites running? And, given that I'm just looking for a basic (and stable) website, is Surpass Hosting with all its options suitable for me?
