Hello,
Before signing up i would like to know, is the $16 transfer rate just to transfer the domain over or is it to transfer it and have it registered, or would i need to register it in addition to the $16 transfer fee.

I have a domain that will loose it's lease at 12:02 AM tonight with 1and1 hosting, would i be better off waiting until then and just re-registering the domain?
