They are a domain registrar. They have a large reseller program. If you just want to buy a domain, don't go there. The retail prices are pretty high. If you want to sell domains, I'd still advise not going there, unless you're going to be doing high volume. If you want to sell domains, your best bet would be to sign up for a reseller account under Surpass Domains (they are an eNom reseller also). They'll set up an account for you under them for free. Going directly with eNom as a reseller costs quite a bit up front ($500 I believe, though that money is used to fund domain purchases).
