I think the harderst thing to do is not the uptime guarantee (because that would depend on... Surpass in this case) or even the prices/packages you offer, but it's really the support and relationship you have with your clients, as well as keeping them "on their toes" (Never be predictable, always offer something new). After all, all you are trying to do is to let THEM speak about you with THEIR friends (free and best advertising... well not completely free, because you invested soo much in trying to establish this "free" advertising).
And I don't believe in luck. I believe in hard work. Dedication in what you do. If those are in your menu, then you will be "lucky" 100% of the time
