Over the past year, I have had numerous issues to resolve with the Surpass Help desk. The vast majority were to answer questions I had about services and other issues. To these, I have always got a very prompt and friendly response. When Surpass gives me a quoted price for something, i know I can count on them to honor it, and to give me quality services.

Only once have I had to post an issue that was a server problem, and that was resolved within 12 hours of me posting about it. Great work!
