I've been having horrible problems with my galleries. I'm just losing my mind here. I submitted a ticket to surpass and no offense, but they didn't help me much, plus they used a really old back up for my galleries. They helped me but they didn't do much for me and I'm desperate to leave my galleries like they were before I made that upgrade with corrupted files.

I created a back up before I upgraded my galleries, luckily. The problem is that I don't know how to use it. Can anyone help me?
