24/7 support.... What a joke! I've been waiting 24 hours and you do a hand off about my problem. Some how you were able to help me here in this forum the other day, but not today?
Why can't you answer this question or forward my question to support
yourself, since this is what a good company with good customer suppolrt would do.
I'll tell you why, because you don't want the public reading this forum and seeing that your site doesn't work.
Actually nothing has worked properly since I signed up.
Check my trouble tickets and support logs and you will see that I've been asking for the same problems to be fixed since I signed up!
