For future reference, a lot of problems/questions that have been asked on this forum have solutions that can be located at the
4Images FAQ page.
Another tip: if you get an error message that you can't seem to troubleshoot, search for that particular error message (not the whole message, just bits and pieces of it) in the 4Images forum. Most likely, a lot of other people have experienced the same issue.
