yay! you got it working andy! here are some tips about thumbs:
1) I suggest you do NOT use .jpeg and .jpg pictures. the problem with them is that every time you view them the qulity gets down. If you have them just make copies and renames them to .gif pictures...
2) don't use very BIG pictures either, because it will make the thumbs worse.

No, you have to install it... and I never did, so can't help there
enjoy your 4images, but you can change/remove the copyright...
