Well, apparently, we were using the client login username/password rather than the CPanel one. So, we have been able to upload the files, but now we cannot view them by typing in the IP address/default.html (http://xx.xxx.231.3/default.html). Is there a requirement to use "index.html" or is there some part of the address we are missing?

Also, we were able to access the site on your domain (http://flash.surpasshosting.com/~balance/), but not with our domain name, http://balancepointdarts.com (which we understand will take about one more day to resolve?), or the assigned IP address.
