Thanks for your help, but I already found the name of my mailhost. The point of my post was to ask Surpass to put that information on the support page for Internet idiots like me. Posting is embarrassing when you're not too bright computer-wise, and quickly makes people impatient, and your later questions get ignored. The natural place to go to answer questions is the support page or the FAQ. The mailhost info isn't on either. I think they should add something that says, "Hey, Internet idiot, your mailhost name is mail.yourstupidyetyouthinkitscleverdomainname.com. "
Believe me, this is the best way, as I've discovered in my long experience as an Internet idiot. I've just spent the past hour fruitlessly trying to figure out my root name. That should be there, too. But I'm still working on that one and haven't reached the I'm-desperate-so-I'll-post-the-question phase.
