Look at it this way...
You pay $220/yr for a Silver Reseller plan which will give you 3GB space, 30GB/mo bandwidth, etc. etc. You can host as many domains as you want, etc. etc.
As a "thank you gift" for choosing Surpass, they will give you a hosting account (similar to the ones listed
here) of equivalent web space. The "freebie" is like a plan you are currently on; you can't host mutiple domains on that for free, right?
