Wasn't sure where to post this, but it might have something to do with Control Panel since that's presumably where you'd set it up...

What's the official Surpasshosting.com position on SFTP? I have SSH access to my main account, but ideally I would also have SFTP (secure FTP) access to each of my reseller accounts. As you know, SFTP encrypts the password being sent. I use SSL to encrypt my password when checking emails, so it would be nice to also encrypt the password when logging in via (S)FTP.

Is SFTP an option? If so, how do I set up SFTP to access my accounts?
