Unfortunately I still have a problem:

I can connect via sFTP with my main reseller account but none of my other accounts work. The other accounts are my other domains that I host via my reseller account. I have SSH access to the main reseller account (but not to the other domains presently), if that matters.

On the non-main reseller accounts, I get a pop-up which says "RSA Authentication" in progress verifying it's being encrypted but then it gives me a "SFTP bad packet length (-8003002)" error.

I've tried isolating the incident by using different FTP clients, to no avail. I *can* connect to these domains via HTTP, email and FTP, but just not sFTP.

Please advise.

I need sFTP access on all the domains for security purposes.
