Absolutely.
You could convert all the images that you didn't want stolen to .swf... Then if someone wanted the file they'd have to download the the swf (that they found in "view source") and extract the image in flash which would probably compromise the resolution of the image. You could try to protect the swf file with a password, but there is always a backdoor to getting into the file.
Even if you use all of the above features mentioned in this thread someone still could press "Print Screen." It wouldn't be the best way to get your image but they would still have it.
Like pizzicar mentioned, I would watermark the image if you're really concerned like google does on
