Yea I like and use Filezilla too. Need to figure out how to see the permissions though. I'm use to numbers and it has letters. Probably simple. But we can thank the doctors at the Veterans hospital for messing up my thinking processes. Doctors have friend my brain with pain pills and anti-depressants. Pain still there but not depressed. But have a hard time wrapping my head around some things now days. lol
I'm sure each letter stands for a number but just have not got that far with looking into it. So I always change things from cPanel.
I understand the issue with 777 but hay if the author of the script wrote it that way what can I do about it? I don't know enough to write my own stuff. And I love SMF!
