I made those table looking blocks with css. My original design used tables.

Pretty similar to this:

That's the newest version I could dig up from the Way Back Machine. They haven't indexed my site in over a year apparently.

I used a table for that. Just one table, but with many cells inside of it. Also, I used Dreamweaver to make it.
