when i saw they dont send any answer to me, i send an other ticket and said "why you dont answer to my ticket" one of them said what is the ticket id i answered. and the day after it i went to see my answers there wasent that two tickets!!!!
and now i have problem yet

i said my traffic at this month was only 1200mb and ram usage is 80% of 512 mb!! i have know if your servers & vps are managed why you cant fine problem
