Yes, I have one from around 10:20AM today and then created another around 3:30PM today. I have gotten no response to either. I have to say that at the moment I am pretty dissappointed.
I understand that account creation can take some time; however, one of my tickets has been out there for around 9 hours with no response, and It's been 24 hours with no contact except for an odd email.
Surpass needs to examine their process. All I need is to know that the payment went through properly, and they are working on it. That they have not answered the tickets is extremely poor.
