I just wanted to let you know that my account is up and running. It was set up yesterday, but I never got an activation or order confirmation email. I just received it twice, one was a response to the ticket from 10A today, and the other was from
support
surpasshosting.com.
It seems like the orders are going through, but that the processes that notify the customer at each stage in the game do not work.
