As for the DNS, you will need to change the nameservers from Surpass Domains to the ones you received in the welcome email (I am not sure where this is, as I don't have any domains with surpass). Once you change these, it may take anywhere from 5 minutes to 72 hours for you to receive the changes on your end. With some ISP's, it is instant, others it can take longer. Usually within 24 hours the domain should point to your hosting space correctly, until then, you can use the IP for temporary access.
