SH78 is still giving problems and we have decided on the best course of action.
at this time we have decided to it down to copy the data over to a new drive. This is the best long term solution to avoid any further uneeded downtime or data loss. We understand it is cuasing an inconvenience however we want to solve the issue now and put the issues to rest.

The downtime to complete the data migration will be 3-4 hours. We will keep you updated. At this time we ask you do not submit more tickets and to return here for updates.
