Heh, if that wasn't true, It'd be funny... Suddenly the XOOPS project is Skalpa's sandbox. He's a great coder with a very good understanding of architectures and the more complex workings of building applications with php, but his leadership and management skills are virtually non-existant.
On the other hand, the community is strong, and will survive, especially with some new toys to play with :-)
And the Dutch XOOPS community is now my new project, keep an eye on that!
