- Can we use one domain for both the paid and the free account or does it have to be one domain for each?
For accounting reasons it has to be one for each, however the second one doesn't have to be even registered ie if you own fakedomain.com, you can use fakedomain2.com as your second account main domain. It is strictly for accounting and tracking reasons.
- Do both accounts still get the extra same space/bandwith each for the main domain?

- Can I use the domain for my current reseller plan for the new paid account as well?
No, you can not upgrade or sign up for accounts on exsisting accounts.
