Well, I have to say, this unusual and very unwelcome silence over the OC plans and bandwidth / space changes is making Surpass look very similar in operation to the 'hide it in the small print' competition (which was previously unknown for Surpass) especially when we are now in the 2 for 1 season and, the most basic of reseller account appears to offer more value for some $11- a year more.

I also agree, you should alter the advertising for the OC plans as it is blatantly now not in the spirit of their creation or purpose.

It also smacks a little when you are 'hiding' the aeon side.
