I hope I read all the pages right and did not see this one asked. Here goes...
I get the 2 for 1 OC10. In 6 months, Surpass decides to finally up the plans like they did recently with the others, doubling the space, bandwidth, or something in between. As long as the plan is being sold to the public, would the free account also get upgraded alongside the other account?
