I read through the pages and I'm not sure if I understand it right.
Like recently, I intergrated my forum with MK Portal a CMS, and it has a chat module in it. It uses IRC chat and when I went to the IRC home page, it has to be installed and whatnot on my computer and with the chat module, it just simply connects to the chat on my computer.
So, is it okay to have that on my site? Currently the chat is disabled so it's not running.
