Few tips:

1- If you show your email in your site, use some kind of javascript to prevent spiders from finding it

2- Turn off your catch-all account. A lot of spammers just send bogus emails to domains, so if you have your default account set up, you'll get them all

3- Use BoxTrapper along with Spam-Assassin. It's a great tool to stop SPAM to reach your inbox

4- As a last resort, just change your email address. Sometimes it's the best thing to do, once your email is already on the hands of spammers all over the world.

Good luck!
