Hello Skipdawg,

Please do let us know if this becomes a recurring issue that affects VPS. The screenshot on your ticket/post shows your local CPU allocation not the hardware node. I would be more than happy to research the high CPU but I would need to be logged in while its doing, If it recurring and happens for long periods of time we would be able to install a watchdog to note the CPU causing process.
