Hi,
My shared hosting account was suspended due to cgi/php overload. I'm really confused about how to go about fixing it. I've been looking around the site, and I can't seem to find anything about suspensions.

Is it that my account will be suspended for a certain amount of time and then they'll give me a chance to remove the script? If it is, does anyone know how long the suspension would be?
