Keep in mind that Surpass is no small operation. Sometimes there's days where a huge influx of support or signups comes in and things slow down a bit. Also realize that it
is the weekend and the staff presence is likely quite a bit lower than on the weekdays.
I know it's frustrating, but you'll experience waits with just about every hosting company that you sign up for.
Just curious: What's the rush?
