So far I can get to my pages when this happens but my forums go to a crawl and some members say they freeze up.
My CPU will spike out at 100% and sever load for mailman and YUM are in the red with 4 to 8 in server load. That other unknown hog has shot server load over 15 a few times now.
Maybe if enough of us bark to support about it in time they will take a much closer look at the issue. Something is not right with VPS.
