Thanks for your answer but I have never used my.surpasshosting.com for placing an order, I have always done it through
www.surpasshosting.com and going to the ORDER button at the bottom menu of the page. There is where the different plans used to be listed, but it is been a while (months) since this is what it says:
"This page will include a listing of all products and plans with key highlights. At this time, please visit our product plan pages (shared section, reseller section, and so on) to place an order using the "Order Now" links. Thank you."
That listing is taking a long time to appear and as you can read above, one can only place an order through the product plan pages. There is where I have gone, but it would not accept my account information as valid (email and/or password), which I am certain that is completely correct.
