Than is exactly my problem. It
IS NOT and option, it is preselected and can not be changed on the form.
Unless maybe I need to find another route to that form and they need to fix the one I was on. I noticed that the plan was also preselected and could not be changed. However, this i think is due to the fact that I got to the order form by clicking on a particular plan's "Order Now!" link.
How should I access an order form if not via the "Order Now!" links on the reseller plan pages?

I think I found the problem-
Select a domain option:
Register New Domain -
Self explanatory
Transfer My Existing Domain - implies I own a domain and am transfering from a different host
I will use My Existing Domain and update My Nameservers only. - implies I own my own nameservers and Surpass will not be doing DNS for me
The last option SHOULD be I will update the registrars nameserver information.
