I don't believe that Surpass accepts money orders.
They don't do custom plans, but there are enough plans that they offer, where there should be something to fit your needs. Most plans are available to be billed yearly.
If your previous host runs cPanel, Surpass can easily transfer all of your files over. If not, we can point you in the right place to be able to download all of your files, and reupload them to the new server.
