Maybe it is time to review the wording. For every customer that comes forward how many are lost without a complaint? I know for a fact that one of my clients is now using surpass as their registrar days after purchasing the domain elsewhere. I did not understand why before, now I have a guess. This is also how I know that surpass can only attach a single account to a domain despite the domain having different people in different roles. It is the reason I was so touchy about this to begin with.
So if I personally have seen the verbiage used cause confusion twice, then what are the chances it may not be clear for other new potential resellers as well? After all if someone closes their browser at that point rather than raising a stink here, then you never know you just lost a customer.
