I am able to connect to an external source with fsockopen() on port 80 but not 9191. Port 9191 is open and accepting connections which leads me to believe something on your end is blocking the port, can you allow traffic on 9191, suggest an alternative method, or give me any ideas as to why its not working if its not on your end?
