In the last couple of days I've gotten failure notices for email I've sent to my gmail account:

From what I understand, all sites hosted on a shared server (like mine) share the same IP address, is that correct? If so, my email is being rejected because of someone else on the same server sending unsolicited emails?
How do I...
...report this to Surpass?
...get this fixed so my emails get throuhg?
Thanks,
