It happens again, site has gone to ultra sluggish as someone's runaway application hogs the server ......... third time this week..........

Swap Used 70.22 %
Disk hda5 (/) 90 %

Ticket filed, 1:21 pm EST - no reponse or action yet!

Worst performance since I became a customer ............ time to start shopping I guess.............
