well now that is just plain stupid....for the customer not for surpass.............for the customer if they increase what is on their site in november or some how magically increase their bandwidth use......then come December they will either be penalized or forced to upgrade to a larger plan.
Surpass wins if they do the following and either charge for overage or get them to upgrade a plan
