Question about the support desk

Choosing this forum to post it in because I can't figure out where would be a good place to post it.

Is it set up in some way that we cannot login to the support desk via http://desk.surpasshosting.com ?

When I first signed up with surpass, I notied that an account was automatically registered for me. when I noticed it wasn't my my.surpasshosting.com password, I used the lost password link to get the password e-mailed to me, but when I try to login with the e-mail and password that it gives me, it comes back with "Invalid username and/or password."

I can submit tickets through my.surpasshosting.com fine, but is this normal behavior not to be able to login via desk.surpasshosting.com?
